How it works

Alert received

CauseFlow receives alerts from your monitoring tools via webhooks, or you create an incident manually from the dashboard.

AI analysis

CauseFlow’s AI classifies the incident severity and analyzes the relevant data sources — logs, metrics, infrastructure, code, and databases.

Root cause report

Findings are synthesized into a root cause explanation with supporting evidence and a confidence score.

Remediation proposal

CauseFlow proposes specific remediation actions — restart a service, rollback a deployment, or create a pull request with a fix.

Human approval

Nothing executes without your approval. Review the proposed actions and approve, reject, or request more investigation.
