What counts as an investigation?
One investigation covers a complete incident investigation cycle — from alert ingestion through AI analysis to remediation proposals.What counts as an event?
Every incoming alert consumes 1 event. Events cover AI triage — severity classification and initial evidence gathering. If the alert meets your severity threshold, it also triggers a full investigation. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of both investigations and events. Exceeding your limits
When you reach your monthly investigation or event allowance, you have two options:- Overage (auto-charge) — Additional usage is billed automatically via Stripe at the end of the billing cycle.
- Quota packs (manual purchase) — Buy additional investigations or events upfront at a reduced per-unit rate from Dashboard > Billing > Buy Quota.
Enterprise
