What counts as an investigation?

One investigation covers a complete incident investigation cycle — from alert ingestion through AI analysis to remediation proposals.

What counts as an event?

Every incoming alert consumes 1 event. Events cover AI triage — severity classification and initial evidence gathering. If the alert meets your severity threshold, it also triggers a full investigation. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of both investigations and events. If you reach your limit, you can purchase more.

Exceeding your limits

When you reach your monthly investigation or event allowance, you have two options:
  • Overage (auto-charge) — Additional usage is billed automatically via Stripe at the end of the billing cycle.
  • Quota packs (manual purchase) — Buy additional investigations or events upfront at a reduced per-unit rate from Dashboard > Billing > Buy Quota.

Enterprise

Enterprise plans are available for organizations with 50 or more developers. Enterprise includes:

  • SSO / SAML for your identity provider

Billing and payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. You can view invoices, update your payment method, and manage your subscription from Dashboard > Billing. Annual plans offer a 15% discount compared to monthly billing. See Manage subscription for upgrade and downgrade instructions.
