The CauseFlow dashboard at dashboard.causeflow.ai is where you manage every aspect of incident investigation — from monitoring active issues to approving remediations and reviewing team activity.

Home screen

When you sign in, the dashboard home gives you an immediate read on the health of your systems.

Metrics

Three key metrics appear at the top of the home screen:
  • Active incidents — The number of incidents currently in progress (open, triaging, investigating, or remediating). A severity breakdown shows how many are critical, high, medium, low, or informational at a glance.
  • MTTR — Mean time to resolve. The rolling average time from incident creation to resolution, calculated across your closed incidents.
  • Resolution rate — The percentage of incidents that reached a resolved or closed state, helping you track whether investigations are completing successfully.

Recent incidents

Below the metrics, the Recent incidents list shows your most recently created incidents. Each row displays:
  • Incident title
  • Severity badge (color-coded: critical in red, high in orange, medium in yellow, low in blue, info in gray)
  • Status badge (open, triaging, investigating, awaiting approval, remediating, resolved, closed)
  • Source — where the incident originated (a monitoring integration, trigger, chat, or manual creation)
  • Time elapsed since creation
Click any row to open the full incident detail view.

Quick actions

Create new incident

Manually open an incident and start an AI investigation immediately. Use this when you detect an issue that has not triggered an automated alert.

View pending approvals

Review remediation proposals waiting for your approval. Admins are notified when new approvals are needed.
The sidebar is your primary navigation across the platform. It is available on every page.

Settings > API Keys

Your API keys for authenticating inbound webhooks are managed from Settings > API Keys. From this page you can create new keys, view existing key names and prefixes, and revoke keys that are no longer in use.
An API key’s plaintext value is shown only once at creation time. Copy it immediately — it cannot be retrieved after you close the creation dialog. If a key is lost, revoke it and create a new one.
